I am a heart-centered therapist who is committed to walking my talk and living one-day-at-a-time. It is my belief that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Often this human experience can be painful as we are challenged with difficult relationships, addictions, and mind-altering traumatic events. I believe that safety and establishing a trusting relationship are essential - and personal growth cannot take place without this. Thus, my therapy style is one of heart-centeredness and compassion.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation with prospective clients, in order to see if there is a comfort zone between us. I work with adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children. I also facilitate therapy groups for women, men and couples.
